Set Part Info
Sets each part’s Module, Sub-module, name, Grain Direction and Face Side for Prepare Parts. An empty Grain Direction follows the part’s placement in the product: vertical parts get vertical grain, horizontal parts get grain along the product’s width.
Edge Banding
Bands the sides of a part facing the chosen directions (Front −Y, Back +Y, Left −X, Right +X, Top +Z, Bottom −Z, as in the viewer) with a linear-flat banding material; a direction along the part’s thickness is skipped. Edges, if given, band the sides they lie on as well. Prepare Parts derives the Cut Size: Finished Size minus the banding, plus the edgebander’s Trim Allowance from its Machine Profile.
Prepare Parts
Reads each part’s outline (Finished Size), thickness and sheet material off its solid, lays it flat, turns grained parts so their grain runs along the sheet’s grain and locks their rotation, validates it against the Production Line’s router, and groups it into one branch per sheet material so a nesting node run once per material. Banded parts are output as Cut Size blocks, and parts narrower than the edgebander takes as Narrow Blanks.
Production Package
Builds one Sheet Program per Cutting Map through beegraphy-cam’s headless milling path and packs them into a ZIP, one folder per router and a subfolder per sheet material, numbered within the material. Any problem blocks the whole package. The designer never opens the CAM panel.
